All designs are copyright of The Design Girl, and are protected under the Fair Use and Commercial Use Copyright Protection Act. You may not alter or edit any designs, layouts, or templates under any circumstances. By making your payment, you are agreeing to keep my logo with the designers of the kit linked in your sidebar. You must reset the template and remove my header and logo if you decide to make any changes.

Refunds
Custom blog design deposits are non-refundable. If you have paid in full and I have not yet started to work on your design, you may receive a 50% refund. Refunds are not available for any projects that I have begun to work on.

The Wait List
If at any time you stop communicating with me for a period longer than one month without notice, you will lose your $25 deposit and place on the wait list. If I do not hear from you for a period of one week without notice, your name will be moved to the bottom of the wait list.

The Design Process for a Blog Makeover
Please be sure to check your email throughout this process. I am constantly logged in to my account during the week and will often reply to your email in a matter of minutes. Once I am ready to work with you on your design, the process can move very quickly. Once you have paid in full we will begin to work on your blog. After we have chosen a kit for your blog makeover I will invoice you through paypal and will purchase and download your files. Once you have paid and I have all your files, I will need photographs for the blog, along with wording for the header, titles/photos/etc...for the sidebar (if you purchase the deluxe), and any other information you may want to include.

Revisions
Any excess revisions will be billed at $25 per hour.

Purchasing Files for Any Design Project
Please note that I am the only one that will have access to any purchased digital files, and I cannot share them with you as it will violate the Terms of Use.
